Christopher B. Burke, Ph.D., P.E. established the firm in 1986,
concentrating in his specialized disciplines of
civil/environmental engineering, urban planning, and water
resource development. CBBEL has established additional offices in
Indianapolis, Fort Wayne, South Bend, Crown Point, and Columbus,
Indiana, as well as 5 additional offices in Illinois. The Burke
