The Hamilton County Indiana Drainage Board has contracted Christopher B. Burke Engineering, Ltd (CBBEL) to prepare a Watershed Master Plan for the Williams Creek Watershed. The contract will be administered by the Hamilton County Indiana Surveyor’s Office in partnership with the City of Carmel.
The watershed will be thoroughly studied to accomplish the overall project goal of identifying and analyzing water quality and water quantity concerns within the watershed as it continues to develop and to provide a specific plan to effectively manage the stormwater.
