Warren High brings more than 35 years of water resources experience as a senior associate scientist and project manager.

Warren’s background is rich in watershed assessment, public funding, public education, resource agency permitting, design, preparation of cost estimates, specifications, vegetation lists, bid packages, construction inspection, and monitoring. He is also actively involved in the assessment of streams and stream stability, problem identification, alternatives analysis, preferred alternative selection, and stakeholder consensus.
