Since 2011, Burke staff have provided on-call construction inspection services for the city of Indianapolis Department of Business and Neighborhood Services.
These private development projects have encompassed storm sewer infrastructure and roadway construction, including curbs, sidewalks, and pedestrian curb ramps. The inspection services have consisted of part-time observation and daily reporting on storm sewer installation and full-time observation and daily reporting on new or existing roadway and pedestrian access improvements.
The inspection services also include observation of all quality control testing requirements, review of as-built information, and final inspections for project acceptance.
